Occupying a subterranean space in the heart of the CBD, Forty Licks is a vibrant eatery and late-night cocktail bar that brings a new dimension to the Vietnamese food scene in Sydney.

Justin North of Concept Hospitality, restaurateur Tony Mowad and the Forty Licks team have created a menu that showcases traditional Vietnamese dishes rich in flavour and textures. The menu, with vegan options, is designed to be shared with its modern flair and French cooking techniques. 

Our comrade and award-winning Sydney-based bartender, Kurtis Bosley has created an eclectic cocktail list that plays on the Forty Licks’ theme and Vietnamese ingredients. The overall offering is complemented by a wine list that features some of Australia’s best biodynamic wines along with international favourites.
